Skills: CAD Modelling, Packaging Design, Dieline Development, Rapid Prototyping, Design for Additive Manufacture (DfAM)
Overview:Â
Design and production of a retail-ready packaging concept for an electric toothbrush, including a fully defined cardboard dieline and a minimal retention insert, designed to be 3D-Printed and double as a storage/display piece for the product for its lifetime. The project explores production constraints, material efficiency, and rapid prototyping to deliver a practical and visually cohesive packaging solution.
Retail-ready folding carton with minimal label design.
Packaging assembly showing product retention and internal layout.
Minimal insert in-place designed for product display and storage.
Insert base and locating features for stable positioning within the carton, for product and potential future expansion slots.
Flat dieline layout with fold and cut definitions for manufacturing.
